Returns Policy

• Return within 30 days without giving reasons.
• You may evaluate the product within this period, but do not (!) open the packaging and do not use the product for hygiene reasons. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.
• After registration, you still have 14 days to return the products to us.
• You pay the return costs yourself. In this way, we keep the price of our products low and transparent.
• If, in our opinion, you have removed the seal, removed the product from its packaging or used it, we may charge a fee or refuse the return.

Hygiene is very important to us. No one wants to buy a product that has already been used by someone else. Especially not when it comes to the sensitive nasal and sinus area. Therefore, many of our products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This applies to all products that come into direct contact with your nose. Therefore, please contact us first at customerservice@nasomed.eu 

If, in your own estimation, you have met our conditions for returning products, you can go to your own NasoMed account on our website. Log in and go to the "Orders" page. There you will find an overview of your orders. Under the heading 'Actions' you will find a 'Return' button for each order. You can immediately fill in a return form. Fill in your bank details. Click on send. Then you will receive a confirmation e-mail and you will see on the order page under the heading 'Status' that you have submitted a return request. If we accept your return, you will be notified via e-mail and via a notification in your own account on the order page. Finally, you will receive an email when we have refunded your payment.

• Consumer law does not apply to businesses.
• This means that you cannot return products to us unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• If we accept your return, we will refund the purchase price and return shipping costs.
• We will do this as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after you have indicated that you want to use your right of withdrawal. We do this after receipt of the products or proof of shipment.
• We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree another method with us.

• We give you a longer period to return products than required by law. That's our service to you.
• This 30-day period expires on the day that you, or a third party other than the carrier (e.g., neighbors), have possessed the product for 30 days.
• If you have placed one order but the products have different delivery times, the 30-day period expires after receiving the last product.
