COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
DEDICATED TO YOU AND YOUR NASAL HEALTH Even when things are not going well for you
If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us. We want you to be satisfied with our products and how we serve you. We like to see that you are satisfied. Call us at 31 (0) 6 120 365 12 and tell us what your problem is. Then we can find a solution right away. Of course, you can also send us an e-mail at customerservice@nasomed.eu and we'll get back to you.
If we don't come up with a solution right away on the phone, or if you send us an e-mail, we'll make sure you get a response within two days. If it's a little more complicated - and we need to contact NeilMed America, for example - we'll give you an estimate of when we'll contact you with a solution.
