I expected it to be more of a spray. This causes me to lose quite a bit of wound wash unnecessarily.

Thank you for your review. A spray is gentle and only wets. The Wound Wash has a full stream tip, a somewhat firm stream, so that wounds are washed out properly. That's what makes it so effective.
