Ordering and shipping procedure

We care about your nose and health. That's why we provide quality products and do our best to make the ordering and shipping process smooth and fast. Below we provide you with important information. If you have any questions, check out our frequently asked questions and if necessary take contact with us.
Ordered before 4 p.m. on weekdays means same-day shipping with PostNL. Delivery usually takes 1 day.
Packages for DHL are shipped the next business day. Delivery takes approximately 1-2 days.
DPD packages ordered before 4 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. Delivery takes 3 to 4 business days.
In our experience, PostNL delivers packages the best.
We make every effort to meet this delivery time. It may happen that this is not possible due to the many orders. In any case, we will ship your products within 2 business days.
If products are out of stock, we will ship your order within 3 days after we receive a new delivery.
We work with track & trace, so you know exactly what the status of your order is.
PostNL often forwards your package directly to a PostNL pickup point in your absence. This also applies to DHL. If you are not at home, it will be taken directly to the nearest DHL parcel store. DPD delivers your package to the DPD point of your choice. If you do not pick up the package, or if you have refused it, it is automatically returned to us. We have to pay for this and receive a "fine. We charge these costs to you. Usually it's about €25.00 (2x shipping costs + fine from DPD or DHL for not picking up and administration costs).
Is your online payment with your debit card not working? Then it is probably not suitable for online payments with Bancontact/Mister Cash.
Then choose the payment method: prepayment.

- Orders over €55 will be delivered free of charge within the Netherlands.

If you prefer to pick up the products from us, please contact us email, or call and app at 06-12036512. Then we will make an appointment for the day and time. Please indicate in advance what you want to pick up. You can pay for the products on the spot by transferring money via the banking app. You can also transfer the amount in advance to NL 56 RABO 0311 7391 99 in the name of USAMed. Send us a receipt
We reuse packaging materials as much as possible. Other companies supply this to us. This is how we contribute to a better environment.
