No one wants to buy a product that has already been used by someone else. Especially not when it comes to the sensitive nasal and sinus area. Therefore, many of our products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This applies to all products that come into direct contact with your nose. Log in and go to the \"Orders\" page. There you will find an overview of your orders. Under the heading 'Actions' you will find a 'Return' button for each order. You can immediately fill in a return form. Fill in your bank details. Click on send. Then you will receive a confirmation e-mail and you will see on the order page under the heading 'Status' that you have submitted a return request. If we accept your return, you will be notified via e-mail and via a notification in your own account on the order page.
